Blacklist file

The blacklist is an ASCII file containing telephone numbers that should be blocked (never be dialed). These are telephone numbers of all respondents that have indicated they no longer wish to be contacted by your company. Each row in the blacklist file lists one telephone number. Formatting for records is free: spaces, dashes and all other non-numeric characters are ignored. Al digits in the row are stringed together to make up the phone number. Be aware of unwanted results because of this.

Note:
The blacklist file may be edited at any time, but the blacklisted numbers are not taken into account until the next NIPO CATI / Web Master service restart. If a blacklist file is in place, a periodic restart of the NIPO CATI / Web Master service is required.
