Changes in NIPO ODIN Developer 5.15.001

Added an export option to exclude COM (comment) lines from Nvision Script / NIPO Diana variable files. These comments are required for the NIPO DSC for IBM SPSS but NIPO Diana cannot handle comments correctly. Set this option if the export is going to be used in NIPO Diana.
Fixed an issue that caused picture libraries created with the NIPO ODIN Developer to malfunction in the NIPO CAPI Client.
