Nfield Code 1.0.1

Nfield Code data files now have file icons and file associations in Windows Explorer.
Uninstalling the application now removes all files from the application folder.
A start menu shortcut in a user defined folder is now removed during uninstallation.
During installation, the installer no longer creates a folder if the Create a Start Menu folder checkbox is unchecked.
On German operating systems, interface texts are now displayed correctly.
Several improvements have been made to the interface layout and texts.
