Stores relocation URLs for web interviews.

In the Web Client the system uses TerminateCode values to relocate respondents, based on the ResponseCode value. Negative code numbers are used for the system messages.

Overview of Terminate codes

Response code	Description
`1 - 99`	Response code value as stored by NIPO ODIN questionnaire.
`0`	Default relocation which is used if a terminate code was used that is not defined in the relocation table
`-1`	Already done / interview was already completed
`-2`	Error in questionnaire / Runtime Error
`-3`	Java Applet Error / NIPO Odin Servlet Error
`-4`	Unused
`-5`	Master error
`-6`	Unused
`-7`	License error (more web connections than NIPO Software license allows)
`-8`	Only one interview at a time allowed, interview ended (respondent opens new browser window during interview).
`-9`	Unused
`-10`	Switch survey
`-11`	Pause
`-12`	Invalid answer or no reaction from NIPO ODIN Demon
`-13`	No addresses available to write response data (database error)
`-14`	Unused
`-15`	Claimed by an interviewer (in case of warm hand-over: interviewer continued interview after the hand-over, otherwise the address was reactivated for CATI and is currently distributed for CATI)

Default relocations for all surveys can be created by using a survey called Default.
