Note:
The shifts that are used by the NIPO CATI / Web Master (configurable via the NIPO CATI / Web Manager) and the shifts as stored in the Shifts table (used by the planning tool in NIPO FMS) are set independently. Make sure the shifts in both systems correspond when using results from the NIPO CATI / Web Master as input for the planning tool in NIPO FMS and/or the fieldwork history and fieldwork report.
