Fixed an issue where starting an invitation more than once in a short period of time (such as by double-clicking) caused the NIPO ODIN Web Server to hang or crash.

#3046: Fixed an issue In Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers where selecting an item in a *NUMBER *LIST question (with type-ahead functionality) caused the value box to display "undefined" when an item was selected from the list.
