NIPO Fieldwork System Version 1.14

Registry Settings

There is usually no need for any administrator to directly access the registry of the NIPO Fieldwork System because most configuration options and settings can be changed directly from the various NIPO Fieldwork System configuration dialogs. There are a number of settings that are not by default accessible in the configuration dialogs. Registry settings maintained by the system have been left out.

As always with editing registry keys, taken precaution - a damaged registry may cause the software to malfunction.

Do not:

• Delete, move or rename keys
• Use values that are not supported for a given key
• Change the data type of a given key

Most changes to a registry key value require a restart of the affected service to take effect.
