Setting up the NIPO CATI / Web Manager and NIPO FMS ClientThe NIPO CATI / Web Manager and the NIPO FMS are two applications that are commonly used in tandem by the research executives and the fieldwork executives. These applications are therefore installed using a single installer. The NIPO CATI / Web Manager and the NIPO FMS are both used for fieldwork management, but also for configuration of the NIPO CATI / Web Master and NIPO FMS Server services respectively. User permissions may be applied to restrict user access to service configuration. To install the applications, use the NIPO FMS Client and CATI / Web Manager installer provided. Additional configuration options for end users are listed in this section. |
