Changes in NIPO ODIN Developer 5.06

Introduced a NIPO CAPI Client preview for questionnaire testing.
You can now include open-ended answers in exports to SSS and SPSS-PC data sets without the need to code them.
Added a right-click menu option to open a questionnaire file set in the *MERGE command or in the survey configuration file.
You can open and syntax-check all surveys within an Omnibus questionnaire by opening the survey configuration file for the Omnibus.
