Applying Design to a Survey

Styling in the NIPO HTML Generator is done on two levels:

1. The Templates are HTML pages of your own design in which the questionnaire runs embedded. You simply define the entry point for insertion, and the NIPO HTML Generator creates the full HTML output accordingly.
2. The CSS stylesheets control the look and feel of all elements within the questionnaire. A predefined set of classes and selectors are available for this purpose. These are described in this chapter.

If no templates and CSS styling is applied, the factory defaults are used. And they are very boring indeed.
