Instruction Mode or Test Mode May Create New Records
When the NIPO CATI Client is started in Instruction mode (using /A in the short-cut) or in Test mode (using /T in the short-cut or press <Test> on the interviewer number dialog), the *SQLADD command is executed as normal and records may be created. Note however that both Instruction mode and Test mode always use the same InterviewNumber value in the running survey, so any *SQLADD command that bases the new record number on the interview number might cause *SQLADD to fail with a duplicate key.
