System Errors

If T-records have a response code 20 (system error) they should only be initialized when you found the cause of the system error. If the system error was caused by communication problems between the NIPO CATI / Web Master and the NIPO CATI Client, use the RECINT32.EXE tool to recover the interviews from the interviewer workstation or the Recover directory on the NIPO CATI / Web Master computer.
