Additional Remarks
The examples shown in this document are the very minimal things needed to use an Adobe Flash application with output to be used in the script. It is recommended to use *NOTBACK in the script to make sure the respondent will not be forced to start the Adobe Flash application again.
Changes to the JavaScript can be made to check if the values returned by the Adobe Flash application are correct according to the NIPO ODIN question. It is even possible to create JavaScript functions which check previously filled in answers and send them to a Adobe Flash application, which would allow going back and forth in the questionnaire, but this will require some additional code and a method to pass information to the Adobe Flash application.
