*INFO
Purpose
Defines a page of text with information for the interviewer (before the introduction).
Syntax
*INFO [n]
Description
Defines a page of information text. This command must be specified at the beginning of a line. The text consists of all following lines up to the first new command that is at the beginning of a line, excluding **, *? and *FONT (switching). This page of text may only occur once in the questionnaire.
The text is displayed at a particular point in the interview and before the introduction text. In NIPO CATI and NIPO CAPI, during the interview it can be displayed at any time by selecting View > Info from the menu.
The info page is often used to inform or instruct the interviewer or respondent about the subject of the questionnaire.
Arguments

Specifies under what condition the *INFO page is displayed, a value of either 0, 1, 2 or 3 (default 1 when not specified).

The info page is shown before the introduction screen at the start of each interview. The interviewer can also see the info page by selecting View > Info from the menu (NIPO CATI and NIPO CAPI only).

The info page is shown when waiting for the dialer to return with a new telephone number (NIPO CATI only, dialer only)

For NIPO CATI and NIPO CAWI, the info page is shown only once when starting the survey. For NIPO CAPI, the info page is show at the start of each interview.
