Error When Reading Next Record
If the system tries to continue with the next record and that record is no longer available or accessible, the interviewer is presented with an error message.
'Interview can not continue with next person' message
This situation may occur if
- The connection between the NIPO CATI Client and the NIPO CATI / Web Master has been lost;
- The connection between the NIPO CATI / Web Master and the MS SQL server has been lost;
- The Sample record has been changed or deleted from the Sample table by another application. The NIPO FMS can not delete records that are created with
*NEXTRECORD and claimed by the NIPO CATI / Web Master.
