In other words, restarting the active record will only affect the records which were created during the interview of the active record. For example, person A in a company gives the name of colleague B and colleague C in that same company. B and C will be interviewed in the same telephone session, each of them may give the names of new colleagues. Person B gives the name of D and E. If B restarts the interview after the new records for D and E were created, these respondents are not contacted. But C (that was created by A) is still contacted. |
