Interrupting the Telephonic Contact

If the telephonic contact is interrupted while not all of the created records in the queue were handled, the remaining records of this queue will be available to the system and may be distributed to other interviewers. This will for instance happen in case the interviewer chooses to do any of the following actions:

• Close the NIPO CATI Client application
• Switch to a different survey
• Take a break.
