As you may be aware, Nfield uses Azure CDN (Content Delivery Network) from Edgio which will be retired in 2025, following Edgio's recent bankruptcy. To avoid any unexpected service disruption to Nfield, we are currently migrating our content delivery network to Azure Front Door. These changes will be released to production in all regions in the week of 6 January 2025.
We will ensure that Nfield and all Nfield templates are updated to support both Edgio and Front Door. However, if you are using a custom template or if you have made any modifications in a custom theme to override the template settings, please make sure that you replace any (hardcoded) references to *.azureedge.net (Edgio CDN) with *.azurefd.net (Azure Front Door) and add *.azurefd.net to your content security policies.
We would like to emphasize that failing to make the necessary changes may result in the template/theme not working as expected after our next Nfield release.
