Adding a Part of the Answer as a New Autocode Key

At any time when reviewing open-ended answers on the Code Screen, you can add a selection of the open-ended answer as an autocode search key to an existing code.

To add a text selection as an autocode search key

1. Make sure the open-ended answer text box has the focus and use SHIFT in combination with the arrow keys or the mouse to make a selection of the open-ended answer:
   
   
2. Click Add selection as new autocode key. A dialog appears:
   
   
3. Select the code to which you wish to add the new autocode search key and click Add.

The new autocode search key is added as a standard autocode search key and immediately active for coding.
