Dialer use only. If your company purchased one of the supported dialers, the type, address and other configuration options may be set here.

Dialer type

Sets the dialer interface type.

• GENERAL. This is the currently maintained interface.
• EIS. Obsolete.
• SYTEL. For use with InVADE using Sytel predictive dialer only.
• INVADE. Obsolete. Use GENERAL instead.

IP Address

Sets the IP address and port of the dialer.

Dialer Prefix

Sets the prefix, if any, a dialer should use to dial external lines.

Display Dialer Mode

If set, the dialer mode (preview, progressive, predictive) is listed in the workstation overview in the NIPO CATI / Web Manager.

Use Interviewer number as agent name

Agents (dialer users) are usually assigned an agent name (an unique identifier) by the dialer. Enabling this setting uses the NIPO Fieldwork System interviewer number.
