Pay-Per-Complete (PPC)

For pay-per-complete licenses only.

PPC expiration messages automatically appear in the NIPO CATI / Web Manager. The NIPO CATI / Web Master can also automatically send a periodical Email message to NIPO Software Sales who may contact you if the license is to be renewed. The following information is included in the message:

The counter status, the number of completes since installing the PPC license
The license end date, the end date for the license period.

A message may also be carbon-copied to any other user you wish to inform.

This feature requires the availability of an SMTP server in or outside your network.

Note that PPC counts completes (stored interview records). This includes successful interviews and non-successful contacts with response code specification WRITE.

Smtp server

IP or web address of the SMTP server to use.

Username

Set a username if the smtp server requires an account to send messages.

Password

Account password, if an account is required to send messages.

Threshold

Optionally limits the number of completes to the specified threshold. Surveys are blocked for interviewing if the threshold is reached, or if the PPC license runs out.

Warning

The number of completes at which the service must send an Email to the specified addresses.

Optionally you can Re-send the message at any time for to give an update on the PPC license.
