Selecting the Language of the Answer

By default, the language text of the open-ended answer is displayed in the selected working language. This is either a translation of the language, or the original answer of the respondent if no translation was made. When coding, you can review the open-ended answer in a different translation.

To select the language of the answer

• Click on the Answer Language drop-down box and select the language of your choice. Note that only available translations are listed in the drop-down list.
  
  

If the open-ended answer is an audio recording or a bitmap image, the text translation of the answer is displayed if available.
