Adding a Text Selection as a New Code

If you are coding text open-ended answers, you can add a selection of text and add it to the Code Frame as a new code.

To add a text selection as a new code

1. Check your working language. The code you are about to add is only added for the currently selected working language.
2. Make sure the open-ended answer text box has the focus and use SHIFT in combination with the arrow keys or the mouse to make a selection of the open-ended answer:
   
   
3. Click Add selection as new code. The selection is now added as a new code, using the highest available code number.
