Other Database Configuration Settings

There are a number of all-user database access preferences that may be configured through the Configure > Options… menu, Preferences tab.

The following additional settings may be configured:

Database connection time-out (sec.): The maximum number of seconds the NIPO FMS Server waits for a connection when connecting to the Microsoft SQL Server.
Query time-out (sec.): The maximum number of seconds the NIPO FMS Server waits for a response to any running query, before the query is considered timed out.
Database update statistics interval (minutes): The interval in minutes the NIPO FMS Server fires Update Statistics calls. These calls perform optimization and cleanup routines on database tables.
